Read about Ellen Crooke (page 106). Consider the following questions: 1) What are Crooke’s two passions? 2) How has her passions lead to her purpose?
Two Questions For Reflection & Journaling 1) What type of people do you most enjoy being around and why? I am not referring to your friends or family members, but rather what kind of individuals who definitely feed your spirit (such as writers, teachers, artists, comedians, engineers, historians, etc.).
In his book, The Element, Dr. Ken Robinson calls this "finding your tribe." He says when we find the group of people we truly enjoy being around that can connect us to our passions.
2) Who is a legendary or influential person you would most want to spend time with and why? What questions would you have for him or her? What would the two of you discuss? How can your answers be connected with a potential passion for you? Note: He or she does not have to be living at this time.
Write about your thoughts in your journal and plan to share you answer and insights to one of the questions during session #5.
Tracking Your Interest & Energy Continue with this project and share with us any new findings or insights.
